Part 1 goes off without a hitch. He talks the guard further back into the hallway, where nobody from the main room can spot him.

The sun is set and the street is nearly empty. Maybe a few people here and there, but no crowd. You can clearly see him somewhere around 50 feet to your left. Not doing anything, though.

Just sitting, waiting.

10 minutes to a dock on the edge of town. You're on it, right over the river. Jump?

 

I'll approach and cast charm person on him

 

I disguise myself in my cloak and slowly creep behind the guard.

 

I'm following him because I remember I needed him to do something for me but I can't remember what. ;-;

By your third step half a dozen people are looking at you. By the fifth they're armed.

Wheelchair Guy: "I saw you enter that shop. The disguise isn't going to fool me."

Forgetting something you just though of: a hallmark of life.

He manages a few steps before every person on the street is armed and ready to kill him. They haven't noticed you, or don't care.

Cole's still talking to the guard, although he's starting to get desperate in keeping his attention.
The guard remains oblivious.

You splash down into the water. Your sword isn't freezing this much of it, but it's making the temperature drop.
Most of the solid stuff you were holding sink. The note and will dissolve in the water.
You still have your ice blade, although it's slipping out of its sheath.

 

What kind of weapons?
I'll stop moving and cast ward on myself then say "why go to so much trouble to try and kill me?" If anyone tries attacking me I'll shoot them with fire

 

I jump out and stab the guard right in the back.

Q: How deep is the water?
If shallow: Swim down and retrieve then head to shore and dump it all
If deep: Head to shore and dumb remaining shit

 

You can see quite a few by virtue of the glowing equipment.

Swords, mainly. Scattered axes and bows.

He whispers something under his breath and staggers up from the wheelchair. His robes shift and reveal his arms and legs, covered in bandages. Actually, he seems covered in bandages - and along with a white mask and hood he's wearing, you can't see a single inch of his skin.

It's pretty deep. You've dropped pretty much everything, and the river's too wide and has to chaotic of a current to swim across. You swim back to shore, a hundred or so feet downstream.

Your knife smashes directly into his spine, killing him quickly and painfully. Past the door he was guarding are 3 more, 2 of which are locked.

 

I keep my distance and say "and what magic is that?"(is this Leren?") And then I'll try to open the pendant again and whisper ti the ghost girl "Hey want some new ghost friends?"

 

“All right, search his body. I just need any keys on him, you can have whatever else that’s valuable on him.”

 

Woohoo~
