It's weird how the world cup started as a background thing in my life, built up more and more, and bam there I am, eyes glued to the screen, for the semifinals and finals.
That euphoria is still wearing off, really.

It hooks onto one of the wooden roof slats decently enough. It'll hold, and if you can swerve to the right a little there's a window that you can smash through instead of a wall.

Are you going to leave all of the other stuff? If so:
You death grip as you go around the spire with your sword climbing. It's a good thing you have your frost sword, because the rock seems like it wants to chip, break, and do anything it can to dorp you into the sinkhole on the ground below you. It doesn't, or, rather, it can't due to the freezing. You plop down on the other side, falling 10 feet longer than you should have because there's a small ravine here instead of a street for some reason. It hurts a little, but you'll be fine.

Rule 4. (You can be reasonably skilled, but not great or anything. Which means 1 or 2 minions at best instead of an army.)

It's the corpse of some edgy loner, complete with the black robes, skull necklace, and scythe. Directly behind you, as if he was there the whole time. He still has blood on his hands, and your steps no longer echo - or, rather, he's no longer clumsily copying your steps.

On what's probably a table, with a bunch of other items, there lies a gnarled rod that sorta looks like a wand. It's all twisted and broken, though.

No need. It's a bit rough, but you crash your way through the window and roll into a bedroom.

The docks are downhill, and you make it there in around 5 minutes. Problem: There are tons of warehouses here. You'll need to narrow it down.

It's sealed... ish. The only way to get in would be to smash straight through the "breathing" rock.

There are 3 different pendants in the room. A red one that's practically burning off magic, a huge gold one, and a really bright one that's a sky blue color you've never seen before.

 

I search the nearest warehouse.
