Just realized that flameshot hilt has no powder shots, so I am taking my bid off and going to make a build on inferno or another weapon. Sorry :/

 

thats true but i made my first build with this exact same flameshot using chest of inep centipede and greaves of veneer (with some % melee jewelry) and i got 6k fire dmg per hit with fast attack also with nice defenses and 14k hp it is a pretty good build and can solo orange wybel tbh i think even without powders if you make that exact same build you will not regret it but okay its your decision :P

Also where did you get fast attack speed. What other armour price gave the 2 tier

 

centipede is +2tier and chestplate of ineptitude is +2 tier too so that makes that attack fast and with the fire and melee % i got i do 6k fire dmg per hit
