I know it's an npc, just that there has been a lot of speculation about pets coming back and Grian said they wanted some aspects of old vip back.

I know they weren't to effect back before the eula changes but Grian also said that if they were to break eula they would go all out and add back everything against it.

Does this mean that there is going to be a pet system expect including not just VIPS, and/or does this also mean that npcs will now participate in quests or in a similar fashion have "party members"?

 

Teaser Analysis: We have confirmed sightings of a new villager, known as the Nomad (level 5). We also have a confirmed HUD texture and 1 bow texture, and a book, compass, and nether star texture.

Nice to see new types of mobs instead of the average Green passive mob and the Red hostile mob!

Maybe there can be another new type of mob that is neutral. It won't normally attack you, but it will attack you if you hit it.

 

I honestly think this is going to an EPIC resourse pack, even though (like most people) haven't seen too much of it.

 

Can we get custom names so we can all finally get a Girlfriend?

 

You know what would be even cooler? Having Worid as an ally.

Is anyone going to bother with my question about it being a mercenary system? No? Kbai den...

 

I'm not saying it's not but these villagers that attack zombies might just be normal villagers.Not ones that follow you around.

 

It kinda seems like this is a way to include the pets attacking system into wynncraft again, and not have it be P2W. Donators would have access to purchase pets that can attack for them, and non-Donators can still use ingame currency to achieve the same effect.
