At level 79 and beyond:

[3/8] Gorrbietten: I will explain what I learnt.
[4/8] Gorrbietten: Long, ago, the villagers built a large empire in Gavel.
[5/8] Gorrbietten: But when the humans were fighting the war with the Corruption Army, the kings of Ragni and Troms, Bob, and the greedy miners who ventured in the Nether signed a petition to the villagers.

[4/7] Historian Zamzer: When the villagers tried to avenge the humans of Wynn, they almost died out.
[5/7] Historian Zamzer: The villagers lied that they only came here for profit to hide their fail.
[6/7] Historian Zamzer: They acted normal and became new kings of Wynn.
[7/7] Historian Zamzer: I will need [1 Gavel's Official History] to find out more. It is stolen by a thief named Perztleu. Assassinate him!

Kill Perztleu to get [1 Gavel's Official History]

Before getting the item:

[1/1] Historian Zamzer: I cannot tell you more history until you bring me [1 Gavel's Official History].

After getting the item:

[1/4] Historian Zamzer: You have found the history!
[2/4] Historian Zamzer: Oh...
[3/4] Historian Zamzer: Most of it has faded away!
[4/4] Historian Zamzer: Bring me [1 Red Powder II] to burn the words clearer!

Before bringing the powder:

[1/1] Historian Zamzer: I can't read it until you bring me [1 Red Powder II].

After bringing the powder:

[1/4] Historian Zamzer: You found the powder!
[2/4] Historian Zamzer: Gavel Empire, Destroying of Ancient Nemract, AHA! I found where we were up to!
[3/4] Historian Zamzer: Villagers dominated Wynn, with many humans killed from the Corruption Army.
[4/4] Historian Zamzer: I did not want to make this a boring history lesson, and claim your reward from me!

This is the boring combination if history and a "go get me this" quest.
Also, where would this (insert boss here)'s hideout be?
How would his hideout look like, would it be just a house, or a cave, you need to specify things properly.

 

I kinda feel this is a very short and easy, but boring quest. Though idk, but the emeralds recived seems a lil' small (at least 16eb in my opinion).

So... This quest follows one of the most common things quests tend to follow. These are "Hey Listen!" And "Go To _ To Get Me _!" These quests are incredibly boring. They grow old very quick. The pace of the quest is also incredibly overwhelming which makes it lack depth. As somebody who loves everything about quest chains, this quest is just a copy of most quests.

I would suggest spending a solid three hours doing research into what people like in an MMO quest and another three identifying what you didn't do that those people want.

 

I like the idea but make it a bit more harder by having to kill many more mobs and talking to a bunch more villagers
