Guild wars & the Nether fucks up rings and takes them off instantly. Becomes a real issue when you depend on these items like me to be able to use my Mythic. Can provide pictures of this happening if needed.

also, you are talking about the perk in general that its accessible for everyone on the server, i was talking about a singular person getting xp boosted

@XavierEXE's question was in reference to the restoration and access of a specific perk, to wit, an XP perk for VIP/VIP+s. The entire discussion of the reintroduction of any form of an XP perk on these forums has been, and continues to be, for the entire group of people who have purchased both VIP and VIP+, and possibly some perk to be shared when either a VIP or a VIP+ is using an XP perk. It has never been, at any time, about any single individual obtaining an XP perk. If the admins were to give a single individual an XP perk, I can only guess that it would be for a very special reason, such as for someone who was related to one of them, and as that would not be a purchased perk, it would in no way be a violation of the EULA. Your initial response to XavierEXE and your contention that you actually meant that you were only referring to a single person obtaining an XP perk, therefore, not only has nothing to do with what XavierEXE was referring to, but it also has nothing to do with anything that has been discussed in this, or any other thread, on these forums, to the best of my knowledge.

If, in fact, you wish to discuss the topic as you claim, "about a singular person getting xp boosted", there is, in fact, nothing to discuss, as that would be a discretionary choice by the admins for some very special reason, as I stated in my previous paragraph. Now, if the admins choose to hold a contest and give one person, or any number of people, an XP boost, that is also within their rights under the EULA, as it would involve no transfer of funds to the server. If, however, they made a special class, say, the First Million class, and only gave an XP boost to the first person who paid them $1 000 000, US or CAN, or €1 000 000, then that would be a violation of the EULA. However, if they did get a donor of such class, they probably wouldn't care if they got shut down, as they could reopen under a new name within minutes of being shutdown, or just not reopen, at all.

If you are referring to the nerfing of Bob's Mythics, I remember Salted saying that Bob's Mythics would only be good for about 10 levels.

 

But can we add fixing spells not working half the time we attempt to cast them to the list?

The server acknowledges that I'm using the right combinations, but doesn't say that I'm actually casting a spell (it's picking up the clicks and saying right-left-right or whatever). I fail to see how it's client-side.

 

The issue has been brought up many a time awhile ago, and iirc the admins came out and said the issue is client-side lag rather than server-side. Serverside lag is stuff like spell-clicks and attacks being delayed, rather than failing to react.

If someone buys VIP/VIP+ and you give the VIP/VIP+ group a XP Perk, it would be a violation, since you can only get VIP/VIP+ via spending hard currency aka. cash.

Someone that buys VIP/VIP+ is a singular individual and thus violates the EULA. The FAQ you sent before states that quite clearly.
