It is now at least 4/11 in every time zone. I won the auction with 4stacks 44le. Keep in mind that even though I won the auction at a bid below Gaia's market-value, you are legally bound to sell me it under auction rule #3. Please keep in touch with me shortly, Thank you!

Auction rule #3 also states that if the starting condition is too low (which in this case, it is) the seller can cancel the auction, so JaydonTheWarrior isn't necessarily "legally" bounded to sell the Gaia to you. (Please correct me if I'm wrong).

    Hey sorry kids,
    ive been away on vacation.

However I'm sorry to say, but the auction ending on the 10th, I meant it ended as soon as it was midnight of the following day.
I'm sorry I forgot to disclose my time zone.

Meaning the actual winner of the auction was @Poprony

Nope. Sorry to have to burst your bubble, here, however, simple common sense rules this situation. By saying that the auction ends on a specific date, unless you post a specific time, the auction ends ON THE IMMEDIATE START OF THAT DATE. That's how it works in the real world, and that's how it works here. Think about what you said, "midnight of the following day". "of the following day"? So you're claiming that the end time of your auction as "midnight of the following day" is midnight of the 11th, or at the start of the 12th? Yet, you said that your auction ended on the 10th? No, that's not going to work. In this case, when the last time zone of the 9th ended, at which time the last time zone of the 10th began, your auction was over. Whoever had the highest bid at that time, won the auction.

Yea, that was pop. why are you so mad.
Literally, everything you said goes with what I was saying. the auction ended on the 10th.
the man bid on the 10th, it was already over.

And by midnight of the following day, I meant MIDNIGHT OF THE 9TH, also known as the 10th.
(Sorry, i didnt mean following, i mean the day pre hand.)
But that should be self-given to as I said who won the auction. who was pop, who didn't bid after the 9th.
On the other hand, The other guy did.
Maybe you should pay attention to dates more.

I question why you seem so mad at me in this case.
Not to be rude, but you seem to be a bit upset for a mod.

I have no idea why you think it would have ended on the 12th, I said 10th.

<= You added this sentence to your original message, sometime after I commented, in here, the first time.

Literally, you're wrong, about several things. Midnight, using a 24 hour clock, is 00:00. It's the very start of the next day.
You said that the auction ended on "April 10".
Then you clarified that by saying that "However I'm sorry to say, but the auction ending on the 10th, I meant it ended as soon as it was midnight of the following day."
    - Once again, the following day of the 10th, is the 11th. Midnight of the 11th, is the very start of the 11th.
Then you said that "And by midnight of the following day, I meant MIDNIGHT OF THE 9TH, also known as the 10th." Midnight of the 9th, is the start of the 9th, at 00:00. It cannot possibly on the 10th, as the 10th would not have started until 24 hours after midnight of the 9th.

So, you claimed that the auction ended on the 10th, then at midnight of the following day, which would be at 00:00 on the 11th, as 11 follows 10, then at midnight of the 9th, which is the end of the 8th. Seems pretty clear to me that you keep moving the ending time of the auction for whatever reason.

Now, from what I see, the last bid on April 9th was:

And, there are no bids after that, hence, that was the last bid before April 10, the last before April 11, the last bid. Period.

So, how about you figure out what you said when you meant to say whatever it was that you wanted to say, but didn't say clearly enough that more than one person has asked about?

And if you had been following the rules for auctions, specifically the part that I've bolded,
    "1. Setting up an auction
A proper setup of an auction contains a starting bid, a buy-out and a date of when the auction ends (can be either a proper date with time-zone or a duration an auction will go). All conditions (starting bid, minimum increment, buyout and end date) cannot be changed once the first bid was posted unless better specified in the spoiler.",
none of this would even be up for discussion, in the first place.

Ok, by the midnight of the 9th, I mean the start of the 10th, as soon as its turned 10

also, the last bid was by pop on the 9th, Lukes last bid was on the 10th.

I did not edit that thread after you said anything, it was like that.

I still don't know why your talking about the 11th, we have already covered this, it ended on the 10th.
Also use some simple logic, when did pop last bid?
When did Luke say he won?
and who did i say won?

IF I was extending the date, luke would have won, and why wouldn't I want him to? Did he bid more?
There is 0 reason for me bending this in any way.

NOR WOULD IT MAKE ANY SENSE WITH WHAT YOUR SAYING.

Sorry but this is starting to get annoying.

All of this is easily figured out if you just look at the dates of everything.

PS by midnight of the 9th, I meant the point in time where it's 11:59 pm at night, then the min it goes to the 12:00 am, OMG ITS THE 10TH AUCTION OVER.
Whats hard to get about that?

Im sorry this is all worded so badly, its kinda cuase im mad.
None of this is hard to understand, nor is it a big deal at all.

I said the auction ended ON the 10th, luke bid after the auction was over, pop had the highest bid, end of story.
It doesnt even benefit me to sell it to pop over luke.

This was your original post that I was obviously referring to. You have definitely edited the post.

You have further changed the supposed end time of this auction several times.

You are being dishonest and that will not be tolerated.

    2 problems with this logic,
A, I obviously edited the post before you looked at it, seeing as poprony got the notification.
And B, the sentence "Meaning the actual winner was @Poprony"
Does not change any meaning of the forum post, nor does it blur away facts.
It was simply a sentence I forgot to add to the end of a post.

It does not mean I was lying to you in any way, other than the possible fact that I said "I didn't edit it"
WHich to be entirely honest, I had forgotten I had.

    -=-=-=-=-=-=-

    Note,
after rereading the post I realized I also changed the way I worded what I said.
Notice however that the way I worded it does NOT change when the end date would have been.
The only misleading thing would have been "the Following day"
which I had already clarified to be a miscommunication in what I was trying to say
    ________________________________
Notice, that the wordings still would have made the ending date the 11th.
Which, however, I again said to be a miscommunication.

I can prove that it was.

Notice that if I did change the date to the 11th, by securing the end date, luke would have won the auction.
Which I was saying against, I was stating that Poprony had won the auction.

Which simply would not make sense if I had extended the date, nor would it benefit me to say Poprony did over Luke, I would have gotten more money from luke.
There was ability 0 reason for me lying in this case, nor could I have.

Your logic simply doesn't add up nor make sense.
