It's getting fixed with the updat coming in a bit so this build should be a melee king with decent spells after the update especially with ineptitude on

Imagine having that water weapon then having the fire one then doing a max damage Az roll! 100k bombs without glitches confirmed

 

Water powder* also you can only have one powder as your special so rip lol

Fixing tier attack speed, it will still do massive amounts of damage, and it will increase the swings of the attacks it can do.
Yeah I think you said something about, my build won't do the spells & melee very good and it will just ruin all of it.

 

i said that using this chestplate is not a good idea since this chestplate buffs melee a ton and nerfs spells a ton and you want the 2 to have balance
atm its not as bad since tier attack speed is still op but once its nerfed its gonna do way less

 

23k Meteor's, 2.8k Melee, Melee will be the same basically but at a higher rate of fire, the spells will do a bit less but still do a LOT of damage, use vaward if you'd like to.

 

it depends how they nerf tier attack
atm the +2 tier increased your damage from a multiplier of 1.4 to 2.3 which is a lot but if they nerfed it really hard you might even lose 30-40% of your spell damage
and about melee , alltho its good melee for fast attack speed after the update most melee builds will do around 5k with normal+ speed attack
