    I think there are a lot of things wrong here.

    Dernic are evil
    Olmic are the extinct peoples from the ruined city
    Lutho Citizens are Wynnic.

    Kantyrs are from the Expanse, possibly a dernic corruption of a dog, or possibly just something that migrated through the Dern Portal. Most likely the Latter, as if it was taken over by Dern then I doubt it would be able to be domesticated by Wynnic People.
