Nepeta I don't know if I have anything your level but I'll check so I can give you some. I've had this happen but it was on my new bank class so I didn't have anything good cause I hadn't moved anything to it yet

This bug happened to me recently. My armours disappeared when I did /class

And I made a similar thread, but the response? "No refund policy" and all those stuff. I am not even being sympathised, and nobody give a damn of what happened to me.

Why people has to be so biased to me.

I literally wanted to give up this game after the bug struck, no one helped me to get back on track.

 

Sadly, people here go by the rule; We don't know you well= don't care what happened
But if you are well known, then, you will be sympathised with.
But of course, this isn't everyone, there is a lot of fair people here on the forums too!

 

No one understood how I feel that time when my armours all disappeared out of nowhere.

No one even offered me help when that happened.

I was so disappointed that time, and right now when I see this thread on the difference in response

 

If you could tell me what you need, I could see if I can get you some armour to get you back on your feet!

 

I simply didn't see the thread, or at least don't remember seeing it. If I had known that it affected so many people I would have made a much larger deal of it towards Salted and Jumla...

You might notice I've taken inspiration from @Selvut283, who's made similar posts on this thread in the same style using his W.D. Gaster images. To clarify, I wasn't the first one to start posting like this, Selvut was.

 

Thank god it didn't happen on my level 95 mage. I would have quit the game if it happens on my mage.

People have made a ton of bug reports on the github for this, but the staff never check the github.

 

Certain moderators seem to be designated for Github support, and I know for a fact, that now that Moe is on the team he's regularly sorting through the git. He talks about it all the time.
