Who are you and why are our minds connected (besides the Sohso part, that didn't cross my mind)
I'm guessing the new endgame will be Level 121. Level 111 is probably safer since there's no Netherite until 1.16 and it will take aeons to port everything from 1.12.2 to 1.16.x. If it is Level 121, however, it will be interesting since there's no gear for Level 100-105 besides Crafteds and Ornate Shadow items at the moment (and even then, with the exception of Ornate Shadow, it would be diamond since that's the highest tier of armor as of 1.15).
Imperial Guards in The Gate are lv. 60, which begs the question - why would Fruma be a part of the midgame? Keep in mind that it's actually close to Corkus as well - a Level 83-95 area (not counting LI, which is 100+).
It's definitely possible for Fruma to include endgame content that goes over Level 110 (see above), but there's also the professions to tackle. Level 100-103 (100) is Voidstone/Starfish/Hemp/Sky. Level 103-105 (110) is Dernic.

A very, very wild theory is that, considering the current regime in Fruma is a bit too execution happy, some gemstones and/or trees would be infused with the blood of the departed, creating a massive forest a la Eyeball Forest (except in that it's formed of blood rather than the souls of the miners in Lutho who lost touch with their other selves in reality). Again, toss it into the bin if you like - it's a very wild theory.

Shower thought: If Fruma is a high lvl area, then how are the recruits coming from Fruma only lvl 1?
Fruma should logically be a very level-diverse area. (P.S.: I'm aware recruit memories of their past are eradicated, but how must their stats, such as physical Strength, be forgotten?)

If a skill reset scroll can reset SP, I'm sure the Queen can aswell

Skill Reset scroll gives back the SP you used previously. At lvl 1, you start with no SP, so the question arises if the queen can destroy the experience and stat points you acquired previously

I think Fruma may be like Gavel in the way that Gavel has both level 40 and level 100 quests. Initially, I thought that Fruma probably would have a Spacepunk aesthetic (especially since they have technology that is advanced enough to wipe people's memories), but judging by the flashbacks in the Recover the Past quest, my assumption is wrong.
