Friend Request Change?

So i find it a bit annoying that anyone can add you to their friends list without your own concern. people I simply "passed by" suddenly know every time I log in. And I do get bugged about handing out LE to complete strangers because of this.

I didn't mind this problem before. But since the Gavel update, its been a much bigger annoyance for me

I think a friend request should to be accepted by BOTH people instead of just one to register
