Friend lost all his progress after name change

Hi everyone,

My homie changed his name a couple years ago and logged back on Wynncraft to see all of his progress gone. I looked up his old character and found his old account under his previous name. Does anyone know how to solve this or is there anybody that can help? His old username with all the classes, items and quests completed is purple_wizard and his new name is 4thundar (that I cannot find in the database). Thank you for taking the time to read this and if anybody knows what I can do so we can play together again let me know!

I searched through the wynncraft stat page and found the account too.

it has the same UUID as the account named 4thundar.

if you have discord I can recommend going to the official open dev discord.
