Yeah agreed I think the libra's 10% of all elements could do the same, and neither one would do as much as the mummy rag, unless you use electrocharges

 

It appears my friend must've been wrong then, he told me that's how it worked but I didn't bother doing some more research on it. lol

So I was afk in detlas and I lost some of my health after a while. The electrocharges are not for afk standing in detlas i guess with some -health regen.
So I threw on my 1722 Leo (ikr i found it myself) and tested the damage. With the 700 something extra health from me freedom, i end up with 10.5k health ish
Damage is only affected like 2k from swapping the chestplates (libra to leo). I am getting like 9-16 instead of 11-18.

I know its really random but I thought I would just post it to show you guys

 

Cuz of libra's element dmg boosts yesh

Yes, in the next update it will be fixed.

The only ELI5 I can make

Attack Speed (non-ID) refers to the speed of your weapon and cooldown rate.
I.E Slow Attack Speed has a longer cooldown compared to a Very Fast Attack Speed

Attack Tier (the ID) is supposed to increase attack speed and the animation.
It instead currently multiplies the damage output of your weapon.

Whenever the powder update comes out (soon™) what powders would you recommend using?:P

on freedom ofcourse

 

In the area where it shows damage and spell ect but can there be a defense one.

 

Powders are not out yet at all btw.
