    lmao.. raw spell damage doesnt do almost nothing to damage now you know..
    I don't know if + tier was op before that patch, but it still works very well, as you can see this thread's test damage.

    Actually raw spell damage just adds on neutral damage by whatever number it is. So soul signal with 325 spell damage will just give you 325 neutral.

    Also when you said post-patch. Did you mean pre-patch? Because pre is before and post is after...

    I wonder what would happen.... If somebody got together cancer, electrocharge greaves and mummy's rag all max attack tier.... and used a super fast bow.... Would it be the birth of the machine gun?

    Attack speed actually caps at super fast. Adding on more tiers won't make you fire faster or deal any extra damage.

    It would not get any boost of dmg since super fast atk speed is the highest and if boost on super slow atk speed weapon, +6 tier is the max already.

    this build's core is +3 tier.
    Cascade has very fast speed already, if I remember correctly.
    Maybe +1 tier and +% spell?
    And Mana Blast is good too.

    Finally im lvl 100 and I can "test" this build cuz Tank build with Ignis was good,but I need new build xD
    Just need better blue mask and +2 tier rag :p

    Spell dmg is extremely powerful on Arrow Storm. You do a shitton of neutral damage with every arrow.

    You just don't melee lol.
