From what I know of attack speed doesn't effect spell damage as much as it use to. So building up so much attack speed will not get you optimal damage. Just have raw spell damage.

 

I dun think so. Since freedom is normal atk speed, +3 tier is the highest already. this freedom build only got +2 tier atk speed and spell dmg% doesn't affect to much.
Also, raw spell DMG is raw spell DMG, it would not affected by spell dmg%. But atk speed buff all.

 

In fact, chun does crazy damage using + tier and alkatraz/apocalypse.

Well ever since the spell damage patch. Attack tier speed has not been effecting your damage out puts by much. I understand that attack tier speed effects the damage of spells; however, my tests have data showing that raw spell damage is more effective than attack tier speed

I guess freedom doesn't need high neutral dmg boost. Just use element to spam damage out.

 

I can't understand what you mean... raw spell damage only affects as + neutral damage in spells. It only increases like a few hundred damages. Compared to that, + tier affects as, like x 2 damage.
(+ tier is better than raw spell damage, for neutral, element damage too)

 

Good point, but freedom has so little elemental damage that attack tier speed wouldn't effect it by much. At that point just having crazy amount of neutral damage is best.

 

umm seems you havent seen any damage of freedom..? It does a lot and + tier affects a lot you know
so, raw spell damage is like 100 times worse than + tier.

 

Oh I did a test comparing attack speed and spell damage with neutral and low elemental damage weapons. The outcome was always the same, spell damage did more damage.

 

umm..? I did some test too, as I said, raw spell damage was 100 times worse than + tier.
Maybe your test was post-raw spell damage fix patch..? theres no possibility that is so :p

My test was post-raw spell damage fix. And that patch also effected attack speed.
