Here is a build for lvl68, but I would suggest that you wait till you are lvl90+ before making an actual build.

I cant seem to be able to equip both Third eye and Boreal aegis

Is it a bug or am I stoopid ?
Edit : its actually an issue with boreal at all, since equipping it reduces all my skill points into the negatives, im unable to move as well as getting hp reduced to 1

 

What other armour do you have

 

I tried without anything else exept a moon pool circlet, stratus, gigabyte and prowess. Also i cant equip two moon pools circlets for some reason

 

You cant wear 2 Master LI items at the same time
