Forts, Bases, Customization, More Use For Crafts, And More Advanced Guild Wars.

I feel like a way to improve wynncraft is to have a way to make a base of some sort, something you can stay in and customize. You wouldn't build this yourself, but you can use resources you gather "wood, stone..." and interact with a menu. For example, the menu would have 3 tiers of forts, each costing different materials. Once acquired, you can click on the fort in the menu and it will be built in a separate continent just for forts.

Each person can have an individual fort (on a small island in the air kind of like skyblock). You can access a friend's fort if they give you permission. You can go to a fort through a menu, and will be teleported to the fort. You can store items in chests and have machines to smelt/refine materials and just a place to stay and host events (bids, parties, trades...). You can also put pets in there, kind of like a pet house :D. A default fort is 8x8 with a double chest for storing things. You can also craft furniture from wood and string and others.

However, if the material you use to build the fort is crap, it can be raided by undead and will just be smaller with less space to put things. You can add defenses by gathering materials and using the fort menu to guard off the undead. Ex: A guard tower that costs wood, iron, etc... If your base/fort is raided by the undead, it will loose some stuff you have. Each defense can be upgraded and will take different amounts of time to build, depending on the defense, level, and your rank.

Your guild will also have a shared fort with the same concept, but it will be public and raidable by other guilds, so it is essential to have good defenses on it. Your guild gets XP for completing a raid on another guild fort and everyone gets loot crates, depending on how much each member contributed. Guild members will focus on attacking defenses, or even other people if the opposing guild has active members on it. After the defenses are destroyed, they will try to get to the center of the fort and place their flag there. If your fort is under attack, you will get notified.

Just an idea I have, will expand on this and hopefully this will be added :D constructive criticism is appreciated. Will answer questions if anyone has any best I can.

 

So you’re asking for housing? Not to be too negative, but housing has been suggested many times already and almost every time it has been shot down.

For instance, how would this be done? Would it be part of the main servers, or would it be in another server? If its the former, we do not have enough space to accommodate so many player houses, and if its the latter, Wynncraft does not have the resources nor money to finance so many servers.

Secondly, where does this fit? It os clearly portrayed that we are soldiers from Ragni. We don’t stay in houses, we go on adventures. And if you mean houses as a place to rest, isn’t that what cities are for?

In conclusion, if housing threads have existed for so long without the devs responding positively to them, its likely not to get added. Sorry.

Something I personally think could be very cool is the introduction of a guild club house. For example, for every 10 guild levels the club house upgrades to a bigger one, which can then be joined by guild members from big cities (Deltas, Cinfras, etc.). This could be a meeting spot for guild members where game nights etc. could be held, or to just hang out. This would also be cross server if it's up to me. I haven't actually elaborated fully on this idea but if people react positively I could set up my own thread? Let me know what you think :D
