Flight In Distress - Issue Found, Stuck In Quest

So I'm expecting most lvl70's+ to know about this quest and how it goes about therefore I will cut to the main point.
I got up to the point of killing the Pirate Queen, find the key and figured I should be jumping into a hole in the floor with a sign above it. Alright I done that, however as the Pirate Queen respawned she dealt knockback to me (I believe this is involved) and I ended up being teleported in a flat world, next to command blocks. I done /kill since there was no other option and ended up back in Olux. Once I got ALL THE WAY back to the starting point of the quest, I entered the blimp only to find that it had also glitched out: What I mean is that I was tp'd to the stage where I had to find the child and so I did, however my quest book stayed the same with the quote "Report to Captain Akbar about what you found" from the moment I killed the witch, therefore upon going back to the captain AGAIN, the NPC doesn't say anything.

Please help, this is rather serious to me. I tried /fixquests but that does absolutely nothing. Even restarting the quest would make me happy.

 

You have to use your memory, or the wiki.

Basically, continuously walk to where it tp'd you last time
Outside with the child
Inside to the 2nd floor
Your room


Etc

 

How exactly is this supposed to help?
Once I went to the Captain the kid disappeared so there's no point in going outside

 

No if you just entered the first airship you need to go upstairs, then back down to the child outside. Then it will to you to the next airship.

What I mean is that I'm stuck in the airship, the NPC's don't talk to me and therefore I can't be teleported anywhere since the quest is practically frozen. And now I'm stuck in a black box.

 

You don't need to talk to anyone, that's my point.

You already completed all the previous stages, all you have to do is walk (move your feet) to where you remember you got teleported from each stage. Look up the quest on the wiki and follow the stages.

You do NOT need to talk to anyone and there is no way for me to explain this further.

Talking to npcs does not trigger the teleportation, the location of the player does.

I done that. I did exactly that.

But when I get to my last checkpoint and go into the pirate ship I get teleported to a black box with no way out ALWAYS
