I would've dismissed it as a mistake by GMs.

But why would Selvut add a whole new profile post if it was just a lump of flesh?

I found it a while ago while looking for the pit.

that's completely reasonable, Dullahan lead a massacre, a genocide if you will against all of the humans in Gavel which were always a minority thus leading the full extinction of humans in the province.

Dullahan returned to his castle with wagons filled of prized human parts and test subjects that were more than happy to help him with his experiment (with the persuasive force of some blades of course). the result was that Dullahan could start his life work on making a perfect being.

during his quest for the perfect being Dullahan created his first fully self sustainable creation and named it Adam, a symbol for all of the others that would follow it.

 

not sure if you glossed over them or didn't mention them on purpose but there is also a mob there named "consuming viscera", viscera are internal organs such as intestines (the big yuky ones).

I had a conversation with Selvut, this is what he was talking about... He was just supprised people didnt talk about this place or its meaning sooner :)

The 'humans' detail was simply a mistake, though as you can see near the Sky Islands there is a way into Gavel aside from the closed gate, though it is definitely lesser known, so it is more than possible for humans to have entered Gavel. In fact, if I'm not mistaken there are humans wandering around Ahmsord; the Adventurers and Heroes.

The Flesh Amalgam(again, small mistake on my part with the name) is in fact a stitched-together Frankenstein's-monster of a beast...if I recall correctly it is made of at least 15 different people.

Ah, so they're not humans? Damn, that thinking Dullahan was a lot crazier than before, nabbing humans and what not from Wynn or Fruma. 15 people? Is there, like, concept are or something of him?

I think it'll be used for the next quest in the Dullahan story, cuz Referick did some foreshadowing, and the castle is still unused.
