/fixquests Bug

I don't believe so, which is why I asked him to absolutely clarify his actions.

OK, I've bolded and increased the font size on my question, and his response. He tried using /fixquests on a new class and got . . . nothing. Is that surprising? I don't think so. Is that broken? No, it is not.

 

If I recall correctly, deleting a class doesn't actually delete it at all and merely hides it by moving it somewhere else and keeps a record of it. It should be possible to recover the class in theory if enough information is actually kept. From what you described, I believe the server saves the inventory of the deleted class so it could be recovered in case something goes wrong.

As for the bug, the fixquest functions seems to scan all of the inventory slots of the player for each class and the bank for the quest items. If it does find the item, then it will not recover it. Some exceptions include Almuj LE (i think) and Wynn A-C crystals. The bug might be happening because it's scanning the deleted class by mistake.
