Fire Assassin Build

This full build is lvl 77 minimum. So, here are items and skillpoints:
Executioner helmet, 150+ life steal.
Adamantite, 3000+ hp.
Champion leggings
Champion boots
(Bracelet) Latch Key, 5+ defense
(Rings) Jester rings, high life steal.
(Necklace) Royal Cyclone Amulet.
Weapon: The Exile, Or Any Fire Weapon
First off, put 100 SP into defense. Between your armor, latchkey, and jester rings, you should have 115+ defense, making you take less than 30% of damage. The executioner helmet adds TONS of life steal, making you extremely powerful against mobs. The defense makes up for it, as well as your op Adamantite.
The boots add on some nice mana regen, allowing more spells, and negating the jester rings effect.
The jester rings effect adds +200 Melee damage, but negates 60 spell. Executioner helm & your boots negate most or all of this.
The leggings also add on some nice Melee damage, only adding to the carnage your weapon will now wreak upon your enemies, who will now tread gingerly for days on end after they see you mauling their allies.
The latchkey adds some defense as well, which is quite nice.
The cyclone amulet is to counter another jester de buff; a 10% speed loss. This will negate it as well as adding on other buffs, so now your jester buffs have pretty much no negative.
Add skillpoints into intelligence until it says 55, amount you put into it will differ with the ids of your champion boots. Put a fair amount of your remaining skillpoints into strength.
Put a small amount to dexterity.
Put minimal into agility.
There you have it folks :) I actually use this build with an Exile as my weapon, I am currently level 77 and, while I lack power in duels, it is made over twofold by how easily you can destroy packs of mobs. Now it really is the more the merrier!
With my set I have 313 life steal, 0 walkspeed, 129 defense (because of +8 when holding weapon), 55 intelligence, somewhere around 18 strength, +222 Melee damage, +10% Melee damage, somewhere around -10 spell damage, etc.

This build seems great.
Sadly, defense skill points don't protect you from elemental damage, and Adamantite only weakens you in that sense.

 

That is one weakness, though usually the Lifesteal provides for it.
For example, I can solo 1000 mob lvl 70 mobs due to combination of Melee damage and how fast I heal relative to this.
I have a late game version of this that renders you nearly invincible using inferno or liquified sun, Virgo, and executioner helmet
