World Festival of Heros Should be a Wynn only Event

I believe that the scavenger hunt should remain within Wynn for two reasons.
A. I have personally found it quite difficult to collect every single chest due to the high level curve in Gavel.
B. The two provinces are shown as two different countries, needing a passport for airship travel, different cultures, etc. It wouldn't make sense for a festival to stretch over France, Britain, and the Netherlands for example.

Disagree here:
A: While it can be hard, 23 days is on the more generous side to get some stuff to tank and evade your way through Gavel. Imo that also makes getting some of the caches at earlier levels more fun with the stakes (except the fact you lose soul points, which is weird). Not to mention that the scav hunts also encourage to explore the world, and Gavel (plus the ocean, Corkus, etc.) has just as many cool things as Wynn does. There should be no quest-locked areas that gatekeep some stuff from you though (of which the CT learned from their mistakes, so its not all too bad).

B: The main parts of the festival take place in Wynn. There are no celebrations in Gavel and the most that happens there are whatever scav hunt things end up there, which are very out of the way for most people and this is likely just allowed by some governments as it doesn't really change all that much for them if you want a lore reason why.

This doesn't really seem like an AI post bc of how many things are accurate (which this post doesn't really cover much, but ChatGPT would say more really weird vague RPG terms and very high-fantasy names instead).
