Favorite Video Game Music

To be honest my favourite music is from the fire emblem series which i got into by mistake. (i asked for pokemon fire red and i got fire emblem LOL)

 

Most definitely Surface Tension from Risk of Rain (Ya' know, the game with the awesome sound track that you've never heard of?)

Or, now that I think about it, Tropic of Cancer, from the same game. (BOSS MUSIC)

Wow now that im looking at all these old school games... i remember when i played Prince of Persia:Warrior Within .... it was the beest game and i just got a feeling that i will complete it for the 20th time :D cuz its so awesome. Btw here is a video of all of the songs ingame:

Fire Emblem, Paper Mario, and Undertale all contain the most amazing songs I've ever heard.

These are all boss themes, but the first one is a level theme as well. IMO boss themes sound the best

^ SO GOOD. THE DRUM, THE TRUMPETS, THE PIANO, THE SLIGHT AND BEAUTIFUL VOCALS. OH. MY. GOD. It also fits perfectly with the fight. Sorrow mixed with accomplishment and epicness. So much sorrow. WHY DID IT HAVE TO BE THIS WAY

^ Epicness mixed with that derpy and broken Super Paper Mario vibe I always hated. Except it's actually played well, and it sound amazing.

^ This song is actually what got me playing Undertale. I heard it and I was like "OH MY GOD WHAT IS THIS." I still go "And there's Flowey's theme! And there's Toriel's theme! There's the main theme!" ect.


^ Undyne killed me like five times because I was focusing too much on the music.

^ Spooky scurry sheet ghosts send purple down your spine.

I could point you to a million more songs from these games that are so good they are also tied for my favorite, but every boss (and fight theme when it comes to FE) is just so amazing and I'd hit character cap. I definitely recommend listening to them. You can just put "Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door OST" or "Undertale OST" or "Fire Emblem Fates OST" and you'll get some awesome results

Super Paper Mario has some good music as well, but it's much harder to find. Sorry T.T

Seriously, the best game in this style I've ever played. The soundtrack is so good that I listen to it almost daily. Never done that ever with other video game soundtracks.
