As in, a sudowoodo that's 3 levels lower than it can one hit ko it shit.

 

Charizard IS 4x weak to rock, so that actually makes sense.

As far as I'm aware, the definition of a legendary means if you don't trade with other players at all/do events, you can't get more than 1. You can make infinite Phiones. I don't really count it as a real legendary, just... 'something'
