and yes, I know I just went against several (almost all) cultures by saying that, but they can suck it for being dumb, stupid, and dumb

 

Drale is one with the almighty God of Wynncraft. There's the Beast of Darkness, the Beast of Light, and the one that rules above them all: the Beast of Cow.

You may think I'm kidding. You may think I'm trying to humour you into letting out a light chuckle upon hearing my words. But once you stop to think about it further, you realise my hyperbolic "joke" is much closer to the truth than initially thought.

Both the Dern Beast and Orphion have their assortment of worshippers. Orphion, alongside his influence of light, is greatly admired by the inhabitants of Aldorei, with some having sought to touch the light itself. Similarly, the Dern Beast (or rather, one of his eyes), has an entire cult known as WynnExcavation, frequently acknowledging its presence during their thirst for power.

However, these two opposing views on which deity to worship are treason against the almighty one above them both. A large majority of the world's population is divided into one of those two sacrilegious views. But thankfully, spatially found throughout all four provinces, are a division of the population that can see the truth. A division of the population that follows the one true religion: Bovemism.

Bovemists know that the one above all takes the form of a cow. Heck, the capital city of Wynn is an anagram of this God's name. And so, they rightfully worship this animal to the death.

This God has a prophet, a messenger of sorts, who obeys this God's command to liberate any trapped cows of their enslavement. You, the player, encounter him twice throughout your journey across Wynn and Gavel. This prophet's name is Drale.

To summarise, the Elves worship the Beast of Light (ew). WynnExcavation worships the Beast of Darkness (ew x2). And the moral Bovemists worship the cows that Drale, the chosen prophet of the cow god, strives to free.

I don't think there is any question that Drale is the best NPC in Wynncraft.
