    +6% Walk Speed
    +7% Thunder Damage
    +63 Melee Damage
    +38% XP Bonus
    +7 Dexterity
    +13% Melee Damage

    Also Base stats:
    +1350 Health
    -100 Air Defense
    +70 Thunder Defense
    35 Dexterity Minimum
    60 Level Minimum
    3 Powder slots

    I know a lot of people already know the stats on it, but I thought I would say base again so others will know
