World Exp Bomb Tracker

I was looking through servers for an exp bomb so that I could start grinding when I thought, "Why don't they make it so you can track exp bombs?" I then expanded that idea, and now my idea is that VIPs or VIP+ can have an item that tracks exp bombs! Basically, when you reach level 40 on a class, you unlock an item in your character screen (compass) that shows all the servers with exp bombs on them. I chose level 40 because that's when most of the grinding begins and where double exp saves you a lot. It'll come in handy so that you don't spend 30 minutes going server to server looking for one with double exp, and it isn't against the EULA (I believe, tell me if it is.)
