Also- why is Millenium common among these? It doesn't have good health, or defenses, just a few skill points and raw spell and regen.

 

I know it does, but with the other items, we already have equal to or over 19/4 mana regen. Also this build ended up being more of a raw spell damage build than a % one, and the 110 int requirement isn't very fun to deal with.

It's probably just me but I like Millennium as an item. It has really good regen for the nonexistent skill point requirements it has, as well as raw spell for whenever you need it and some free skill points.

I generally just hate having negative health regen, so I do tend to overuse it.

 

Hetusol has big thunder/earth debuffs, why use it for earth-thunder-fire? if you get a good conrupt/scar, golemlus can account for the regen. Replace with Nethers Reach or Beetle Aegis or CoI.

You're right here, not sure what I was thinking. I've swapped Hetusol out for Nether's Reach.
