Game Mechanics Entropy should affect Ophanim's velocity

This suggestion is to increase not the launch rate, but rather, the launch velocity of Ophanim orbs by same factor as Meteor. This'll increases effective Ophanim range, but not the actual range.

If it were to be implemented, my Entropy description suggestions are:

• Increases velocity of Meteor, and Ophanim by three times.
• Meteor and Ophanim's orbs travel three times faster

These description suggestions could be tweaked.
