I do 8k dmg with spin and that is total - but my gear does cost 50 le per piece and I use a mythic... never mind what I said then. :P

 

I might be the worst in equipment-choices, but I am certain there is no gear which costs 50 le per piece, excluding weapons.
And according to your sentence-structures, you weren't talking about weapons...

And that, folks, is why you should level other classes too.

 

The only thing that bugs me in this comment is before the latest patch, Assassin was barely weaker than Mage. Pre-Gavel, Mages were 3-5x weaker than Assassin. So no, mages already felt how assassins felt after the Gavel nerf, although they felt 3x more pain

I understand before Gavel mages needed a huge buff, as a secondary class Mage I understand the pain.
But assassin received a buff a while after Gavel, but I mean before the buff.

 

You must have a horrible assassin then, I do around 4k.

 

both have been nerfed for a reason...!

Well we're getting to our 20k damage output, keep going while I enjoy my 3-5k!

 

Dayam just get some % spell dam items and we will take over this silly world! You know its DOMINATE or BE dominated ;/

 

Maybe we won't use level 60-70 items at level 100 now? I never did anyways.
My mage was never op because I'm an air build, so this didn't change much.
I'm just waiting for them to FINISH the balance part of things
1. Make Heal work better a low health
2. Make Heal work worse at high health
SOLUTION: Heal a percentage of total hp rather than remaining hp
3. Nerf smokebomb slightly
4. Buff Multihit slightly
This way Assassin will actually be melee

Even though I main mage this nerf was needed c:
It wasn't like we were gonna get a Depressing Stick Qira Solo anyways, the reason spell damage was most op for mage is PURE

So, meteor actually works how it's supposed to now
It has the highest damage boost in any spell of the game, but since mage has low damage overall, it's pretty equal to the other classes
