I have bought 3 different pair of 39xp greaves of honor for 1.5-2 stacks, so there is no way that this should be starting at 2 stacks.
The inc is just way to small for the value of the item
The buyout should be the value of 39s/above its value but not more than a much better/desired tier of said item

 

1. How long ago did you buy them.
2. I remember someone like nivla selling a 37 xp greaves for over 2 stacks
3. Maybe the starting should be 96, buyout 192
