Again buyout. If this had a buyout of 3 stacks then it comes out to who's willing to spend more. Eventually the bidding just stops. Players don't usually gets deals at auctions unless the demand for the item is low.

Again buyout still balances things. I really want to make a pure build so I'm willing to check every minute. If the other guy doesn't want to risk someone out bidding him then he should have bid higher or pat the buyout if he really wanted this. Also auctioneers can establish a 5 min extension rule if they wanted to.
