What the title says because running back and forth is annoying. Or just move the treasure merchant into the bank.

I'd assume there's an actual reason it's in the place it is, but if not then yeah. However, I wouldn't move it into the bank but near the bridge that leads to the bank. While it still isn't as preferable, it'd still be pretty quick to get to the bank but more because no bank that I can think of off the top of my head has a merchant outside of emerald/liquid emerald merchants inside it, so selchar being the only exception wouldn't make much sense.

Yep, the bank is far too away from all the other stuff.
In an ideal city, they are all next to each other

Its the only real city in the ocean and the only one with a reef to dive in though. So its bank not being the same as the other cities ones wouldnt be that weird.

Corkus? Sure it's on a huge ass island but it is still an island in the ocean. Zhight island as well, but that is more of a village than a city. There's also the Ice Nations and Pirate Town as well, but counting them as cities is iffy. What I should've said is no bank that I can think of off the top of my head anywhere has an additional merchant inside said bank, not just cities, so yeah it'd still be weird if this was the only exception.

If it's next to the bank idc, but it'd be weird if it was actually inside the bank unless there is actually a town that has a merchant inside the bank with the emerald merchants that I'm just blanking on.
