    My suggestion is simple and quick. Whenever a player submits an application for the Content Team they do not receive any form of notice that that confirms that their application was fully submitted. After an application is submitted, the email used to submit the application should receive an email stating which application they filled out and confirming that the content team received it.

    Thank you for applying to the Wynncraft Content Team!

    We have received your application and will review it thoroughly. You will be notified on your forums account linked to your application whether or not your application was accepted. Remember to not share your application with anyone in or out of the forums or else your application will be denied immediately.

    Actually the old katoa.ca system had a 'your application has been sent' message that would pop up on the page so imho that would be equally good to put in the new system but whatever.
