No mythic jump highet is very annoying to build for, and I personally wouldn't recommend using these in realisim but.

Restrictions: Any mythics that cost 32 LE or less are fine, aside from that no other mythics or crafteds.

(I honestly don't know how possible this is, I'm grateful if you come up with anything)

 

I may be wrong but you wouldn't tend to want to use second wind in apoc tierstack anyways since it has agility req, which I'm pretty sure would kill your dps a lot of the time since you want to use endurance with it

 

Untested but its lament so should be fine.

While it may seem like it doesnt hit your requirements, the build is made to curse stack. Hit stuff, curse, timerift repeat curse, damage becomes alot better. Never personally played with timerift but, I dont have doubts this build wouldn't work.

I don't endurabuse and work perfectly fine with TFA Apoc, I prefer it honestly since my lifesteal luck is fucking horrible even in situations like orphion
