Elemental Conversion On Spells

    Another one of my questions that I feel like I should know the answer to but don't. On spells elemental conversion is the ele% that percent of the spells damage is that element or is it where the spells damage gets boosted by that % of what your damage is of that ele?

    so what I got from that is the damage of a spell such as spin attack would deal 70% of it's damage as neutral and 30% of its damage as thunder. that damage is each affected by damage boosts separately and then added together.
