Game Mechanics edit rather than fully re-enter ability tree

over 90% of the time I reset my ability tree, it is my intent to assign over 80% of the points exactly as they currently are. I would rather be editing it, like I can do before leaving town. But I usually am going to leave town to go test the difference and decide if I want the change, so the in town edit is not really that useful other than indicating that implementing this suggestion would not be that difficult; there is already a mode for editing.
