Serious Dwarves And Doguns P4

(Sorry, didn't know which section to put this in.)
I was on Dwarves and Doguns P4, the part where you go into the demon's mouth and destroy the organs with the ice staff. When I got to the last part where you have to kill the eyeball dude to get the chorus-fruit acid thing, I started to get confused. I killed the eyeball thing, and was right clicking the organ but the only thing that happened was the "Get 1 acid thing to destroy organ" disappeared. So I did /class, but then when I got back I realized that I didn't have the acid anymore, so while attempting to kill it again, I died. (Then spawned in Ternaves )
I was worried that I wouldn't be able to give it a second attempt, because of the cannon part, but I was allowed to go back into the guy's mouth, so I destroyed 3 organs, then I killed the eyeball man again, and gave the acid to the organ. I expected it to say "4/4 organs destroyed" on my screen, but the same thing happened as before. So I began to left click and right click it with the ice staff, but nothing happened, then while I was distracted clicking the organ, I died. Before I go in and attempt it a third time, what am I doing wrong? Do I just exit it through where I came once I give the acid to the organ?
