Maybe she rolls low and Scorching Ray or Flame Slash does a lot of damage?

 

A 24, to be exact. Her average Con save is a 17. I might be able to do 34, if one of my Scorching Rays got a crit.

 

I jump down and run over to her, hitting her with my shortsword and then using Flurry of Blows to pummel her twice.

To Hit
Sword Attack: 19 + 4Dex +2Prof +1 Enchant = 28
Pummel Attack 2: 10 + 4Dex + 2Prof = 16
Pummel Attack 3: 16 + 4 + 2 = 22

Damage:
Sword: 5 + 4Dex + 1Ench = 10
P1: 3 +4 = 7
P2 3 + 4 = 7

Damage total (if all hit): 24 Damage

 

So... That's DC 12. 25% chance to break her concentration :D

 

Wait... Actually, Yevor's regular attack (if Booming Blade activates), on average, does more damage than Flame Slash. That said, Flame Slash is better here, since it doesn't require an attack roll, and it can burn the web.

Also, forgot about Advantage because of restrained, if it matters I'll roll another
