That's an item from Xanathar's guide. It was mentioned in a video on the DnD Beyond Youtube Channel (where they have been releasing vids about all the new Xanathar's guide stuff) and I told Ti Lin about it. He asked if he could add the property to his necklace, since come on, the item is basically described like his necklace, but I said to wait until I have the exact wording of the item
