Yes, but there are other fiends too like Yugoloths and Rakshasas and whatnot (which are both Devil creations).

Demons go out and just destroy everything, Devils try to turn you evil and collect your soul

 

So devils are easier for me to genocide kill due to the fact that I'm attacking first?

 

Probably, as they are typically more interested in making deals and corrupting you, although that doesn't mean they can't put up a fight

 

How to deal with Lilith:
Follow what Alas tried to do... But instead of steal from her, kill her and cast Animate Dead on her corpse. Problem Solved.
