I'm still debating that. If you look on the map, I keep switching which hex Yevor is in. That's because I said the elemental threw Yevor exactly 10 feet, so that's 2 hexes. If he is 2 hexes away, then no, he does not provoke OoA.

But, I also said he hit the rock, which means he must be within 1 hex (5 feet).

Ok, for simplicity sake let's ignore the fact that you hit the rock and just say he landed 2 hexes away. So no, his movement would not provoke OoA

But I just realized: It's almost been a year since we started the campaign with just Kyelas, Yevor, Alas, and that other guy. Safe to say the party has changed.

 

Not even Alas, actually. Alas joined a bit of the way in. The actual starting party was just Yevor, Kyelas, and Xoraka.
