This is a super small village with just farming and forestry stuff. There's no such forge or anything.

Remind me again what exactly do you want to do with Thunder Cannon?

Thundercannon gains damage as you level up, and the reload is just a bonus action anyway. And, once you get high enough for Magic Weapon, you can further increase the damage.

But yeah, like I said, you are in the direction of someone who might be able to help, but not in Milltown

You do find a small Tavern/Inn. I would advise you to think carefully before doing anything stupid though...

Hellish Rebuke... Is that using your Tiefling traits or using a Warlock spell slot?

 

Warlock, I don't have a spell that can do 20 (or more, I don't remember exactly, need to check) fire damage in my traits sadly :(

I USE THE TRAIT ! THAT'S WAY BETTER !!! :D (So I got a free Hellish Rebuke and costing Hellish Rebuke, nice to know...)
