Heartfire Badge (requires attunement by a warforged) (pin) (uncommon)

• This badge can only be worn by the warforged who attunes it. Every time the wearer takes fire damage, the badge gains charges equal to the damage taken, to a maximum of 50 charges. The badge can not be taken off while it holds charges. Once the badge holds at least 21 charges, the wearer goes into a rage and must use their action to attack the nearest creature, friend or foe. If no creature is within melee range, the wearer must use all movement to move towards the nearest creature. Once the badge looses all charges, the rage state ends. The wearer of the badge can use a bonus action to spend charges for the following (DC 13, +3 to hit):
  • (1 charge) Deal extra 1d4 fire damage with melee weapon attacks for 1 minute. This ability can be used again before the duration is up to refresh the duration.
    
    
  • (10 charges) Gain resistance to fire damage for 10 minutes, but also vulnerability to cold damage. This ability can be used again before the duration is up to refresh the duration.
    
    
  • (20 charges) Cast Continual Flame
    
    
  • (25 charges) Cast Fire Shield
    
    
  • (30 charges) Deal extra 1d10 fire damage with melee attacks for 1 minute. Stacks with the 1 charge ability. This ability can be used again before the duration is up to refresh the duration.
    
    
  • (40 charges) Cast Fireball at it’s lowest level
    
    
  • (50 charges) Gain immunity to fire damage for 10 minutes, but also vulnerability to cold damage. For these 10 minutes, all cold damage does an extra 1d6. This ability can be used again before the duration is up to refresh the duration.

So yes, Heat will become a lot more powerful and dangerous, to both the party and enemies.

I would think so, considering you have to put in effort to correctly attune something.
