No. The hour being up is just because he ritual-casted Unseen Servent before the play started. Unseen Servant lasts 1 hour, and he had it follow him around. That's how he got untied.

That's the funny thing about DnD. There's Orcus, there's the Raven Queen, there several Gods of Death (like Vecna and Set), there's powerful Necromancers and Liches... It's never actually clear who the undead in the DnD Multiverse actually belong to.

I mean, you arn't really a Cleric or anything, so you can't use Divine Intervention. But maybe a higher enough Religion roll combined with some big ritual (or maybe an offering) could do something
