-The party went into the market.
-Ti'Lin found a shady half-elf that broke into a bread stand and tried selling bread.
-Erevan recognized him and began fighting.
-Heat and Yevor restrain him.
-They take him to guards who take him to a "shed" behind an official building since there is no real prison here (they took prisoners to Seneca, which went boom boom).
-People went shopping.
-People are interrogating the half-elf (Erevan, mostly).

Be is he proficient with medium armor? I feel like Kyelas would love dragon armor, especially blue dragon armor...

Heat is proficient with all types of armor, but I would prefer heavy armor. I'm currently wearing chain-mail. Anything better would be ideal but not necessary.

There's plate armor in Mo's Arms, but it costs 1,500 GP.
