I just checked.

You have Darkvision (so does @Aksis' character) but Darkvision only works on normal darkness. You need special Devil's Sight to see through magical darkness.

I try the same thing with the torch, down the skeleton doorway this time.

 

Yevor: "Looks like torches are passing through fine..."

 

It goes through. So far you have tried:

Throwing a torch down the man-lion doorway
Throwing a torch down the skeleton doorway
Walking and failing into the skeleton doorway
Looking for hidden switches

God how many torches do you guys have? (Since you did not say you pick up the ones you through through doorways, I am assuming you did not because that would require going through the doorway)

 

Currently I have 8.
