Out of curiosity, who's going to wear this armor? Alas can't, since he's not proficient, and wearing armor you're not proficient in prevents you from casting spells.

That it takes some time. If Alas wants it... Do Warlocks get medium armor proficiency? Plus, Yevor might be able to make better use of it. He only has a +2 DEX modifier compared to Alas's +3, so a point of DEX modifier won't go to waste with the dragon scale mail.

@SPYROHAWK, could you let @AlexisPlay rebuild his character a little? Alas has terrible Charisma for a Warlock and rarely, if ever, casts spells, not even Eldritch Blast!
