The Dwarf that owns the shop seems very occupied with Alas (in human form) and Yevor

 

I'm gonna say Invest for crazy, Arcana for Key
Investigation: 1... + 6 = 7
Arcana: 18 + 0 = 18

 

You can't tell if he's crazy or not, but you can tell something about the key. It's not magical whatsoever.
